Hertz Rental is the official car rental agency for The Broadmoor. Hertz has rental locations at the Denver International Airport and Colorado Springs Airport. Parking at The Broadmoor
Valet parking is available to all overnight guests. The charge is $16 per night. This fee is charged directly to the guest's room. Valet parking is also available to those guests coming in for the day to dine or shop at the Hotel. This is a complimentary, day service. Gratuities are at the guest's discretion.
Self-parking is available in the garage only. The charge to self-park for a 24 hour period is $14 per night, with in and out privileges. If a guest would like to self-park for the day, the charges are $4 for the first hour and $2 for each additional hour up to a maximum of $8 per day.
The average temperature in January and February is 28-32 degrees Fahrenheit. Average precipitation for that time of year is low --- 0.3 – 0.4 inches.

Dress for the conference is business casual. Meeting room temperatures may vary, so it is advisable to bring a sweater or jacket.
