Hello Colleagues,

I hope you are considering attending the mid-year conference in Orange County, CA in February. This conference will bring together court leaders interested in learning more about the Power of Strategic Collaboration. The opening keynote led by Dr. Marc Milstein is on The Brain Science of Boosting Creativity, Collaboration and Innovative Thinking. This session is sure to be a highlight for attendees. There are numerous other sessions planned that will engage, inspire, and be thought provoking. I hope to see you there!

In other NACM news, the Communications Committee continues work on updating the website. These changes should give the website a fresh look and feel and allow easier access to NACM materials and resources. Implementation is expected to occur early 2018. Keep watching for these exciting changes!

Finally, be watching for the Call for Nominations that will be distributed to members in early 2018. NACM always needs new energy, creativity, and diverse individuals on its Board of Directors. It’s an exciting way to get more involved and give back to the profession of court management. I hope you will consider becoming a leader in this association!
