Dear NACM Members,

The Conference Development Sub-Committee lead by President-Elect T.J. BeMent has worked tirelessly to plan the Annual Conference in New Orleans, LA scheduled for July 12 – 16, 2020. However, upon receiving your valuable feedback to the recent survey and considering the national COVID-19 pandemic the country is addressing, we, the NACM leadership, have made the difficult decision to forgo the 2020 Annual Conference… in its traditional form. The NACM Board deliberated thoughtfully to ensure the safety, travel, and financial considerations for all members and guests to attend the Annual Conference.

With this decision, however, NACM remains steadfast in our mission; to provide quality education to court professionals, our communities, and advocating on important court and justice system topics. As professionals, it is incumbent upon us to innovate in times of crisis and uncertainty. As such, plans are underway to continue to provide educational and networking opportunities by means of a unique extended virtual experience. Stay tuned for details. And in the spirit of New Orleans, laissez les bons moments rouler virtuellement (Let the Good Times Roll Virtually)!

We will continue to keep you updated as we move ahead. While we recognize that this is an unprecedented decision, we are very much assured that this unforeseen pandemic has strengthened our commitment to providing the best educational opportunities we have available.
