Collaboration is one of the most powerful forces shaping the effectiveness, fairness, and legitimacy of our Nation’s courts. Across federal, state, and local systems, cooperative practices strengthen justice by improving efficiency, expanding access, and ensuring courts can meet modern demands.
Collaboration makes courts more efficient, more accessible, and more trusted. Courts today face increasingly complex cases, rising self representation, technological change, and resource constraints. Collaboration—between judges, administrators, community partners, and even across jurisdictions—helps courts respond to these pressures with shared expertise and coordinated solutions.

In-Person Registration will open on November 10 Live Stream Registration will open on November 10 Group registration is available for groups of 5 or more. Group member rate is $526/pp and group nonmember rate is $675.00/pp. Please contact Conference Services to register. Apply for a conference scholarship! Deadline is December 4, 2026 at 5pm ET. Sign up to be Host! All session presentations have a primary (#1) host who is responsible for introductions and announcements. Some sessions also need a secondary host (#2) whose principal role is to engage via chat with remote participants who are watching the session’s livestream. For additional explanation of the roles and responsibilities of hosts, please see the Host-of-Session Training Document. The host coordinator will also provide instructions to volunteers as the time for the conference approaches.
