Comments on Proposed Amendments to Bylaws

Article XVI, Section 2 of the NACM Bylaws sets forth the requirements for amending the Bylaws. Subparagraph b requires that:

Notice setting forth the proposed amendment shall be provided to the membership at least thirty (30) days and not more than ninety (90) days in advance of a meeting.

During this notice period, members may be permitted to comment on the proposed amendment.
