2025 Conference Proposal Submission Form

  • Title should be 60 characters or less and will be published in the conference app and conference website agenda.
  • Description, of 50 words or less, to be published in the conference app to promote your session
  • No more than 3 presenters, including a moderator (if applicable) for any session. For each presenter, list: Name, title, organization, city/state, email address, and cell phone number.
  • Your program summary will help NACM evaluate the educational content of your proposed session and compare your proposal with competing proposals.
  • List one to three learning objectives and describe the practical takeaways for attendees.
  • NACM prefers that shorter sessions focus on "hot topics" of interest whereas longer sessions should focus on skill building or delve more in-depth on the proposed topic.
  • Proposal covers the following State Justice Institute Strategic Priority Investment Areas (check all that apply)
  • If a core competency breakout workshop is proposed, workshop material should have the NACM Core Competency as the primary focus of the presentation and should address one or more of the learning objectives in the Core curriculum. (check all that apply)
  • NACM is a non-profit membership organization and relies on its members and others in the field of court administration to provide low cost education. NACM waives the equivalent of a daily registration rate for presenters. NACM provides honoraria and travel costs in limited situations such as for plenary presenters with a follow-up breakout session. If you are seeking a presenter fee or travel costs, please provide details below. If selected as a presenter, NACM will confirm in writing the fees or costs to be covered. However, please understand that no more than one night’s lodging and airfare up to $600 are the only fees that can be considered for reimbursement.
  • I am interested in authoring an article on this topic for the Court Manager, NACM’s quarterly e-magazine, in addition to the conference presentation. Willingness to author an article or present a webinar does not have bearing in evaluating proposals. If you are interested in writing an article, NACM will contact you.

  • Deadlines: NACM will only accept proposals submitted via NACM’s Online Session Proposal Form. Proposals will be accepted for both the midyear and annual conferences on a continuing basis. Midyear and Annual proposals will be selected from submissions received prior to October 4th. NACM reserves the right to extend deadline for Annual proposals to December 6th if necessary. NACM strives to notify presenters of their acceptance within 30-45 days of the close of the proposal period. NACM may elect to extend any deadlines and/or may choose to solicit proposals from potential presenters outside of this proposal process.
