2026 Midyear Conference
04/28/2025Hello NACM Friends,
As I write this, I’m aware that by the time you read it, my term as President will have come to a close. What a ride it’s been! I’m incredibly grateful for the chance to serve this amazing organization and to work alongside so many of you who are passionate about the courts and the people we serve.
Over the past year, we’ve taken on new challenges, sparked fresh ideas, and pushed forward in ways that make a real difference. From energizing conferences to the behind-the-scenes work of our committees, every effort has helped move NACM—and our profession—forward.
In my last message, I gave a shoutout to our incredible committees, and I want to do that again. The energy and progress of this organization are fueled by the incredible work done within our committees. They are the engines that turn ideas into action and vision into impact. And let’s not forget our Board members—volunteers who give their time, energy, and leadership to support us in keeping our priorities straight.
To those stepping into leadership roles with the organization, thank you for your involvement and engagement, you are all amazing! And to all our members—your ideas, your voices, and your dedication matter more than you know. The future of court management is in great hands because of you.
What I’ve always loved most about NACM, is the heart of this association. Whether you’re just starting your journey with us or have been here for decades, you bring purpose, passion, and perspective. That’s what makes NACM so special—and what makes me so optimistic about where we’re headed.
Although I’m passing the gavel, I’m certainly not disappearing—I’ll continue to be a NACM cheerleader wearing the latest in NACM Swag. NACM Swag
I’m especially thrilled to welcome Kelly Hutton as NACM’s next President. You’re going to find her to be an extraordinary leader—thoughtful, passionate, and deeply committed not just to the courts, but to this organization we all care so much about.
Thanks for the trust, the conversations, and the unforgettable memories.
See you soon, Tina
