The purpose of the NACM Mentoring Program is to pair an experienced court manager or administrator with a newer court professional (Mentee) to enhance the Mentee’s professional and personal development and to expose the Mentee to NACM’s leadership, benefits and service opportunities. The structured portion of the mentoring relationship is intended to last one year, but it is hoped that the informal relationship will last a lifetime. Completion of this application will assist us in the selection of a Mentor to maximize your experience and reach your stated goals. You will be personally contacted once the Mentor Committee has reviewed your application and selection of a NACM Mentor has been finalized. Note: Completed application will be provided to NACM Mentor Committee and assigned Mentor only.
