The purpose of the NACM Mentoring Program is to pair an experienced court manager or administrator with a newer court professional (Mentee) to enhance the Mentee’s professional and personal development and to expose the Mentee to NACM’s leadership, benefits and service opportunities. The structured portion of the mentoring relationship is intended to last one year, but it is hoped that the informal relationship will last a lifetime.
