Samantha Wallis
Samantha Wallis is the Assistant Court Administrator for the District Court, in Coeur d’Alene Idaho. Samantha grew up in Idaho, where she attended the University of Idaho to obtain her B.S. in Anthropology. She went on to obtain her M.S. in International Relations at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. She has worked for the courts since 2017 where she is currently the Assistant Trial Court Administrator for the First Judicial District of Idaho.
Daniel Meza Rincón
Daniel Alejandro Meza Rincón has been a Deputy Juvenile Court Administrator for the State of Utah since the fall of 2020. Prior to this position he served as Clerk of Court in the Third District Juvenile Court for Salt Lake, Tooele and Summit counties. He began his career with the Utah State Courts in 2013 as a Judicial Services Representative, and has since also served both as a Judicial Assistant and Judicial Case Manager. Daniel is twice a University of Utah graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and a Master's in Public Administration.
Victoria Murray
Victoria Murray has been with the Judicial Branch of Maricopa County for 8 years, and is currently a Business Intelligence Analyst and Supervisor for the Superior Court. After spending a semester with the McCain Institute for leadership in Washington D.C, she graduated from Arizona State University with a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice in 2016; the same year she became a foster mother. She currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband, cat, and dog.
Carrie Summers-Nomura
Carrie Summers-Nomura has been with the Clackamas Circuit Court for about 2 /12 years. She is the first person to serve in a new role as Program Coordinator. The position was created to provide support to our Deputy TCA for recruitment efforts as well as to manage the court’s EDI efforts. Carrie has lived in Clackamas County for most of her life and was a post-secondary educator for 17 years primarily at Clackamas Community College teaching sociology.
Prior to working in the judicial world, Carrie worked in child welfare as a Training Manager for therapeutic foster care providers and well as a Volunteer Manager for a child abuse evaluation center. In this current role, she networked with the community partners to offer professional development opportunities for our staff and lead our New Courthouse Move Change Management Committee.
Courtney Whiteside
Courtney Whiteside is passionately dedicated to providing the citizens of Missouri with a fair and unbiased judiciary through education and collaboration with the other branches of government, our community and national partners and providing our judicial staff with the tools to be successful in this fast-paced environment. Her journey in the judiciary started in 2012 in her hometown of St. Charles, Missouri as a court clerk then taking her to Jefferson City to work with the Office of State Courts Administrator and on to the Missouri Supreme Court to serve as the state’s municipal division courts monitor.
Today Courtney is the Director of the St. Louis County Municipal Division where she continues to pursue providing educational opportunities to municipal divisions and clerks through various committees and educational groups of the state while promoting cultural and procedural reform progression. It is her great honor to partner with judicial partners in Missouri and across the nation.
