Measuring and Taking Action on Public Trust and Confidence
“Trust is the glue of life. It’s the most essential ingredient in effective communication. It’s the foundational principle that holds all relationships.” Stephen Covey
Public Trust and Confidence in our nation’s courts is integral to the credibility of the Third Branch of Government. To be effective at managing public trust and confidence, court leaders must be able to build and maintain an organizational culture that fosters integrity, transparency, and accountability for all court processes and proceedings.
The Midyear Conference will deal with data strategies to monitor public trust and confidence and developing action plans to improve. The parallel topics of creating measurement dashboards, data storytelling and forging new directions for citizen engagement are also integral to this theme.
